The Tabernacle - The Ark of the Covenant

We begin our study of The Tabernacle. The command to construct God's meeting place with man shows us that He desires His people to actively participate in His grand story of salvation. Despite not needing them to fulfill His plans, God desires to fellowship with His people and involve them in His work. Through the Tabernacle, God teaches the way of salvation, where every detail points to the ultimate dwelling place with humankind in Jesus Christ.
